Peju has provided a range of advisory services to clients in various sectors, including private equity, financial services, agriculture, government and telecommunications.
At Alpha African Advisory, he plays key roles in the execution of financial advisory and fund raising mandates for both private and public sector clients.
Prior to joining Alpha African Advisory, Peju was a Senior Associate in the Financial Advisory division at KPMG Nigeria where he was actively involved in buy side & sell side advisory (due diligence), divestiture advisory, valuation, fund raising, M&A advisory, financial modelling and feasibility studies.
Over the course of his career, Peju has also played an integral role in a number of transactions including the acquisition of distressed banks assets, pre-deal assessments, regulatory reporting for various state governments, divestitures as well as post deal advisory services. His experience cuts across several sectors including financial services, oil and gas, infrastructure, telecommunications and Governments.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Lagos (first class honours) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
